In addition to optimizing processes and emphasizing efficiency and profitability, market adaptation activities and focused marketing activities are essential. Making an impact with our corporate brands is a very important activity in today’s competitive markets. Customers need to be able to present our services with a clearly defined message about how our business is different from others. We also tutched the the theme of importance of internal marketing, comunicating company values and culture through our ambasodors- our employees. The purpose is to increase employee engagement with the company’s goals and fostering brand advocacy.We talked about this and other aspects of B2B marketing today at a workshop at the International Faculty of Social and Business Studies.
