Šumer d.o.o. offers assembly of elements quickly and to the highest quality. The product of assembly can be a semi-finished or finished product, already packaged and ready for sale in the shop. Assembly is part of our wider range of technologies, so components can move from production to assembly within one company.
When assembling elements, we use various assembly processes. Where required, we also use technologies such as plastic welding, metal welding, riveting, pressing, gluing and painting.
The result can be a semi-finished product for further processing or a finished product, packaged and ready for sale. Where needed, we can also add heat and surface treatment before assembly.
Our assembly connects directly to plastic injection moulding, insert moulding, sheet metal stamping, springs and machining. Our processes are certified to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.

At the customer’s request, assembly can be carried out manually. This suits small batches and prototypes, where flexibility matters more than automation.
For larger series we use fully automated, dedicated assembly lines, supported where necessary by different types of robots and robotic technology. Robotic processes and precision tooling allow components to be assembled quickly and consistently.
