What are leaf springs?

A leaf spring is a flat spring element that works by bending: it takes up a load and returns to its original shape when the load is removed. Because of their flat shape, leaf springs fit into tight spaces where round wire springs do not, and they typically provide contact force, tension or return force.

Machine park

Our leaf springs are manufactured on modern CNC machines that monitor product quality in real time using electronic sensors. Dimensions are available in the range 0.05 mm – 3 mm.
