Šumer d.o.o. has more than 40 years of tradition in the development and manufacture of springs. During this period we have acquired extensive expertise and experience that place us among the leading suppliers of springs and spring elements for various industrial sectors. Our springs are manufactured to the strictest industry standards and are intended for use in the automotive industry, electrical engineering, household appliances and numerous other technical applications.

Production at Šumer d.o.o. is based on modern technology and precise quality control. Spring dimensions are available in the range from 0.05 mm to 25 mm, enabling the manufacture of very small, precise components as well as larger spring elements for more demanding mechanical systems.

Surface Protection

To ensure long-lasting protection and corrosion resistance, we apply various surface treatment processes. The most common include the use of pre-protected wire (Zn, AlZn, Cu), phosphating, electroplating, KTL paint and powder coating.

For particularly demanding conditions, we also offer advanced Zinc flake coating protection, such as Dacromet and Doerken, which provides high resistance to corrosion and wear.
